You need the Banner in your picture folder on YOUR computer at home..

To put your Banner in the Avatar Box: Select Profile in the gray boxes above..
1. Edit and select Avatar Image.
2. Upload new Avatar , select BROWSE. Find your Banner In your picture folders..
3. Double click on the Banner and it should appear in the Square box on the right.(GOD I HOPE.. It's always ok to pray.. Cussing works as well)
4.Save what you just did...

The Banner should be in the Box now..

I was thinking. You have an Avatar, but it's a generic one I believe. Go back to the pages where Wig posted your Banner. Open it and right click on the large picture. copy it or better yet save-as. and save it to your picture folder on your computer. Maybe you have done this already?

Then follow the other steps that I posted earlier to you. (you don't need Photobucket for the Avatar)

If all else fails, find a 12 year old..

Yes, that is exactly how I did it for my avatar. The banner for sig line is where it gets a bit tricky.

Everybody suspend all banner efforts and discussion until you hear from me. There are so many variations on the thread it's no wonder we're all confused! This is a remedial operation that should take five minutes, tops. Dogfight, Photobucket, etc make it more complicated than necessary for reasons that escape me but I will simplify the process and we can finally move on to other more pressing stuff. No 12 year olds required here. Stand by for instructions...
