This top 30 must be more accurate - I never understood how I ranked in the top slots on DF1 anyway.

Anyway Dogfight is based on a point System. The more points you played, the higher you climb in world or squad rank. There are many different ways to get these points, some shoot more pilots down, others Win more games or Bomb more hangers and deserve points. ..

Hey guys, how are u all? I flew a quick game with sir hb yesterday, saw dunc for a min also. Thanks for the comment fallen, I will return to fly once in a while but I wont play like before, as I stated elite lacks for me, and I've tried numerous times to find it enjoyable to no avail. I'm sorry, I wish I felt different about it, but I don't and can't make myself. Maybe as zup continues to work on it, I will start to find things I like about it, yes, I miss u all dearly:)

yeah, its a bit late, but here goes.

i usually fly low because climbing with the bombs is a chore, and i don't have the patience to do so. plus, my preferred way of dodging bullets is flying sideways to the incoming fire. if trees get in the path of a low flying enemy, then added advantage. But guardian angels of one are demons of another. i face the same dilemma if someone hides behind trees.
i will try the 300 m level (it has the advantage of not letting enemy hide behind trees).

On a lighter note, you know what would be fun? having a downed aircraft come apart after the pilot ejects, or ejection timer expires. if timer expires, then the pilot must appear to be flying without a plane for a while. Since we are here for fun, whats the harm in a little hilarity?

Played a BTC game with Dunc and FlakBait from the Misfits was stuck on the front of my carrier the whole game. I bombed him, shot him and called out to him---nothing.

Since the game is so inconsistent now with connections etc. I thought the only way we can have a decent fun contest is this. Tomorrow at 6pm Pacific take a screen shot of your home page showing your points and rank etc. We have a 48 hour marathon. At the end take screen again of your points money etc, and see who aquired the most points over the weekend. Its just for fun but gives us a little motivation to make some kills. Also post your best game if possible. I usually am unable to last full match without conn. loss in both DF games. Pick which DF you want to use and play. I am not sure if the scoring is the same between the two? But its the best I can come up with. Happy hunting

All you need to do is in the next hour take screen shot of home page showing rank,Kills points etc. Post it to the WP page and get out there killn. You have nothn to lose. Your playing anywasy, might as well have a little friendly comp. Tomorrow at 6 ill tally scores and see who is top Wolf err GI lol. I hope to see your Squad participate

Its for fun bro. Just screen shot your home page and post on our forum page. Play when you can and dont worry about score. This is just to build team spirit and get some unity going again with the DF community. We are all so divided and segragated lately with all the issues. This will just give us all something to concentrate on besides lag conn issues and such. And I am trying to get interest built on this so I can start holding bigger more intense tournys. So get your page screen shot and join the fun

Just messing with you. First of all, I don't know of any hack that would allow anyone to actually have an auto-aim in this game.

The reason I was messing with you, is because you would just turn and then bam four hits, and I was dead. For me if I make a turn, then I have to juggle my iPad a bit to TRY and get aim, and hopefully get the guy before he gets me, but not you, just turn and automatically lined up.

lol u use motion dont u? lol i dont use motion i use toggle/on screen joystick on my phone so it is a little easier

I tried the toggle, the only good thing I noticed was that when you stop in a position your plane stays there, but otherwise I found it very difficult to actually play with. I know others like Pinky were great at it, but it's a pain for me.

hello and welcome to another late edition of the top 30 for Gunners Inc!

i spent a bit of time with my dad yesterday so did not get around to posting the stats. i did record them yesterday so the list reflects yesterday's numbers.

i noticed quite a bit of movement from last week's numbers due to some arrivals and departures. we welcome Talon127 back to the big list this week! in more somber news, we don't have Nebular on our list anymore. that is a big blow and he can come back any time he likes!

i feel i owe G.I an apology and explanation for my recent absence. basically, life hit me with the right hook and i felt very sad and tired for about 4 months. it became difficult to manage everything and i felt it was best to lay low until the storm passed. i feel better about things now and have been more active as a result. i'd like to send a BIG thank you to all of our awesome gunners who kept this thread alive while i was in the darkness.

it's true that the change to elite has left us in disarray. in the next couple weeks i will try and work out a strategy for how to move forward. i really don't want to leave anyone behind but i think if we could work out a single 50 person crew that would be awesome. what we have been missing for the last year or two has been a squad chat. the question now is, how do we get it back? i think we can work something out if we put our heads together so don't be shy about sounding off on the topic.

ok i'll stop rambling now. but once again....THANK YOU to all our gunners for being terrific

HB, glad all is OK! We've all been hit with that hard right in life.

I like the 50 person squad idea. Lean, easy to manage and sq chat would be nice. I've always thought squads can grow too big, too fast.

Elite is proving to be a challenge with lag, more trees grow every day and ctc has a 'draw' function now. No clue what that means but it just ends.

I used to feel like I knew this game. Now it's like the entering the Bermuda Triangle, where odd things happen on a daily basis.
