My Dogfight history is as follows: I downloaded the game about a year and a half ago on my ten inch tablet, chose the name 2much2soon, and played till my cheap tablet couldn't handle it (due to a Dogfight update on graphics I believe). I had to stop playing at level 17.

A couple months ago I bought a new Kindle HD 6, downloaded Dogfight, and chose the name "Philatian", a spin-off of the word "Philately" which is my favorite hobby. At level 7 I was invited to WAR WOLVES squadron, of which I am still a member. It's been a great squad, but even a year ago I wanted to be a member of New Lunar Republic. I am now a III Air Vice Marshal (22), and have an all-time kdr of over 2:1.

Squad Rules:


1. No Teamkilling or unnecessary Spawn killing.
(There are some valid tactical exceptions)
2. Teammates should not fight against each other , Unless it's a Dogfight and everyone agrees.
(Red vs blue balance should be considered. Don't make a good game uneven just to join squad members)
3. Member's should Wear the Squadron's Callsign Letter's [NLR] this is a MUST For New Recruit's to be easily recognized.
4. Be respectful to all fellow pilot's and Kill the heck outta them when they're Red!


New Lunar Republic pilots are tenacious and resourceful in action and are willing to face the displeasure of other established pilots and squads who may consider use of tactics to be a form of cheating. “Tactics” are strategic actions taken with the intention of helping your team to win the mission. Contentious issues may include “dropping”, “sneaking”, “camping” and in some instances “spawn killing”. While some players and squads may see these actions as cheating and abusive, the NLR chooses to use these as valid strategy when done in an effort to win the game. The NLR does not support "stat padding" or abusive game play. These tactics are used to promote the many different strategic elements available within the game. Where head-to-head shooting focuses mostly on a player’s shooting skills, use of a full range of play styles takes full advantage many different skills and abilities.

In light of the 50 member cap, we have decided to occasionally purge our roster of inactive players in order to maintain room for new , active players. Anyone who is kicked for inactivity will be welcome back upon posted request.

Well, I'm certainly no fan of any Thug and I'm not a typical sneaker, but I'm not really sure that anyone has the right to dictate how others should play.
