About the 2nd point i was asked from others too.

1) we make at a to defined time and server a training. There we meet us,

With one vote! Squeakey take car with this one, all votings wins by mayority of valid votes! If the result would be remis the squad-leader recv a 2nd vote, this vote is definitive and the voting is over!
A voting can amend a few, if u are not sure yes or no u can give a zero-vote (abstention), in this case
Yr vote will be counted as given valid vote and will be listed as abstention vote.

ChandU holds his rank, but untill hes back he have no vote.

I don't think you quite understood. My suggestion was merely a humorous way of asking if we all want to fly together and the damage was an implied reference what wrath we together flying we would cause.

I think the whole idea is lost and the LoD idea hasn't ever quite been fully understood. I don't think this is working out so let's just forget the whole idea. Let's drop LoD.

I just met whip in wc, the words were friendly and we agreed to send us tom. PM.
We have our real life, but as leader it is more to do, any posts, mails,
Self-information and more. This costs time. Time i spend for DN, time whip spend
To LOD. Someday its more than one hour, without playing!
Such a situation can happen, as leader u have a relationship
To your sqad that u feel something not right and cause i love my squad
Its a confrontation like the newest one reality but dn nor lod want to have trouble
I inform u all, im sure all will be ok, and whip will not loose time with that too.

Its time to forgive and forget, for both sides (i still have)!
I told him its finish now, he asked u mean with lod, i said 'no i never said that, lod for sure'.
As i said it cant be a target for both sqad to quit the alliance!

We too and all who make a lot for their sqad are in a situation, one wrong word can be enough
