The 111th will never die. I've been flying w/ my winged feathery friends nitely. We don't operate in large #'s. We are too big for that. We are a solitary creature.. "A Bird of Prey". Do ur research on the bird... The Falcon. We are Falcons not Bee's. U wanna fight, u got 1. U must learn the game. Falcons are intelligent. Me personally, I'm not accepting anything but the best. The best to me is the gamer. The gamer will find time to fly until the reaper shows up @ his porch. & then even still, we will still fly. & to those that have left our squad are leave.. only find them selves to fly against the squad they call inactive.

If the flyers that we have will just remain, then we should be alright. 111th motto that 111th Von Pay emphasize were we seek quality, not quantity. Lke u say although, lke other squads, if u were booted from squadron for inactivity, no need for panic, just reapply. & yes.. we do need to clean our squadron's list & all our wings list. lke said, a pilot can reapply if they presume activity. That's lke an universal protocol which most if not all squadrons take to. We will take liken to as well. Dealing from logic & reasoning, it does make sense.

111th will not die. With Pilots such as Hero and Singh as leaders I am sure the 111th will be fine. The 111th was my first home on DF thanks to Guardian. I wish all the best for your Squad.

Yes I have noticed that I have not been as active as I used to be so I am going to clear out my wing and work on getting new ones and the 111TH has been my home since I was lvl 8 and hero why did you take me in when you knew you didn't need to

I dont know if their are enuff people for voting to be a tool available to us at this point. Ill get crackn on a new flying rules thingy. U guys can review an we can add delete as needed. We shall remain leaderless for now n perhaps forever.

And let's give rid of a couple of these rules Rules:
1: Follow orders from the commanding officers.
2: Do every thing you can to not lose the game. (Except spawn killing. Patrolling is ok but spawn killing no.)
3: Respect all pilots and people.
4: Do not team kill.
5: Work together with the squad to win. (Except free for alls. Those are to enjoy dueling fellow falcons.)
6: Watch your fellow pilots backs. When a fellow pilot has a enemy on there tail, go and blast the enemy. *let's give rid of this one cause common sense would tell you that*
7: Watch what you say so you don't use vulgar language or say rude things to others.
8: No Spawn killing unless you are coming up to bomb or to get a bomber in. Any spawn killing after you have bombed or your team mate has bombed is forbidden.
9: Do Not work together in dogfight free for alls.
10: No spying on other squads. Spying is wrong and cheap. *and let's give rid of this one because spying is what wins wars*

1. Make every effort possible to be on weak teams. Being on weak teams will make u a better pilot. Oppodtunity for more kills. This is more of a suggestion than a rule.


This would work well with our winning thru losing. Strength thru weakness approach. Since we are all obese skinny guys here. The noobz on weak teams will respect u n squad for it.

yea.. a pilot will never know how effective he is if he doesn't know the rules to this game. I have nothing to say about tips of this game, only because everybody has their own perception on what the game rules are ? Guys. Im Sorry I haven't been active as much. But it makes me sad that you all would attempt to destroy the falcon constitution. I also don't like the forum at all but I will do my best on this thread. I don't think we need to destroy anything to make it better. Do we need some fine tune changes? Yes. But destroying the constitution I do not approve of. Do we need new blood? Yes but not in a way where we destroy the foundation of what has been built
