I feel it necessary to make this thread after recent conduct by 9000 in the off chance that someone might not check that is not actually a Devils Dragon. He applied with a poor motive and I gave him a 2 week period to show us how he will act and after his behavior on world chat today we are declining his request for membership. Since the actions of 9000 were offensive to many I felt the need to explain should anyone have any questions.
