Hey gunners! Just popping by for a quick visit... I noticed it's kinda dead around here.... it's not October yet, not time for ghosts yet, let's liven it up some eh! Jokes aside, I've been busy with school since it started like 3 weeks ago, gotta be there Friday for "chaperone duties" lol and again next Wednesday for uniform fittings.. oh geez what have I done..? Lol, anyways flew a quick game earlier , I'll try to be off and on over next couple of days, although anyone still playing dogfight 1, u have a better chance of seeing me there, I been playing alot with splash 1 lately.see u all later:)

Little Anthony's Heart


Hello World, and DF Community we are trying to unite to help out a little’s boy Heart. This little angel is call Anthony and a few weeks back his parents received a devastating blow. Their 1 year old boy, Anthony Radu was given a diagnosis from doctors. He has a heart condition called ostium secundum ASD. It’s when a wall between 2 chambers of the heart isn't fully developed. Little Anthony has no options. Either Anthony gets surgery or the inevitable happens in due time. He will not get to live a long meaningful life. He will not get to play sports when he gets older. He most likely won't ever get to partake in any strenuous activity. Otherwise he will not be able to be a child.

Razvan, Anthony's father is not proud to ask for help. He has started to pawn off personal belongings. They live in Romania where currency is much less than the U.S. dollar. Razvan works security at a Romanian airport with a narcotics canine. He earns the equivalent of $400USD/Month. The surgery will cost $5,000. That is a staggering amount when you consider daily living expenses. There has also been major financial setbacks due to this turn of events. Anthony's recovery will also take a financial toll on Razvan's family. However, every penny after the initial $5,000 will help with Little Anthony's recovery and help give back what they have lost due to their situation. Razvan is doing everything on his end to raise money for his son’s cause. We are trying to help this family in dire need.

There is a true sense of urgency. We need to raise $10,000USD for this family. Any donation will help. It doesn't matter if it is only $1. Every little bit helps. I hoping to get between $1-$5 per donation. However, anything more than what we are asking would also be accepted and greatly appreciated. Hey guys I haven't been around on the forum or in the skies as I've been down in Colorado Springs for another Dragon Boat race.

It was a great event, I paddled and steered for the other teams when I wasn't paddling. My team came in second place, but only by a little. We raced the winning team three times, the first two times they beat us by 0.2 seconds, and the last race they won by 0.9 seconds. We showed those young thin asian kids what a group of old heavier people could do.

Yep Jasta, especially those 500 meter races, you feel your heart about to jump out of your chest.

Check out this video, this was Team USA all men's, setting a record time. The fastest my team has done is around 2:16, but all the teams in the video were under 1:52, that's FAST!!!!

Rumor's of my demise are greatly exaggerated. I've been a busy buzzard recently, and have barely made it to peek at the forums lately, let alone take to the skies . . . but I will return to the skies soon.

It seems things have been changing around here. I took a stab at requesting to get into the merged wing, it told me that I need to leave my old squadron first, but it doesn't show me as being in any squadron anymore.

Maybe if I bang and kick on it enough it will turn over. Until then, I'm headed to the Jolly Roger . . . the first round is on E*A*G*L*E!
