If spawn-killing is actively encouraged, don't expect any of your squad to be around for too long. If they join at level 16 I am estimating they will be banned by level 17.

Those are some awesome squad rules you have. To bad I joined my squad two days ago (NOT)!
The one rule that I agree with is running away when getting beat up on but a lot of us have real life things that come up while playing.
It will be interesting to see who you sign up. I have a couple names in my head that will probably apply.
I guess time will tell if your members will be banned but till then I will wish you good luck. You might need it.

True, Gentlemen may well die first, but then they re-spawn, deal some rough justice and then become Gentlemen once again.

spawn killing is a tactic with a tank on runway is bannable but waiting for planes to get wheels off and blasting them yes is a tactic do you really think i will give you the chance to shoot me down?the less chance you hav ethe better a great example of this tactic being in use is the movie pearl harbor did the jappenese let the U.S. in the air.......no so dont get mad at tactics i encourage different tactics being used makes the game more interesting
