It happened last night and now I was removed from my squad and can't play at all. The penalty is severe if I can never play again. You have to shoot a few before the auto ban kicks in... you get a few warnings pop up usually. then the back would be for ~5 minutes first time. Even if he did need a rulebook but didnt read it, the warning message should have given a hint.
As for booted from a squad, thats a separate issue he needs to address with his former squad leader
