May I voice my opinion?

You look to be new here, so if I were you, I'd wait until you gain experience before starting a squad. Creating and running a squadron is hard work and requires a degree of dedication. Running a successful squadron is serious business, it isn't like those "clans" you see on COD.

Play the game, rank up, make yourself known. You have a much higher chance of creating a top-notch squad if you do so!
