Hey Wumper!

1. If you see 111th Falcon Squad on the left upper corner of the screen while you are playing game, it means you have 111th sign above your plane. Other players can see it.
2. I am sorry I do not understand the second question.

I think 111 changed their policy now.

Before you just had to go thru the process of changing your name and creating a profile but now, I think the council decided to only recruit from BRIG GEN III and above.
