Yeah, I wouldn't go about making a squadron after being so fresh on the forum.

Try staying a few months and really get your bearing. And prepare to invest a LOT of time into it. I've spent entire days working on the Enigma website, organization, reviewing new members, etc.

It's a lot of hard work. However, I'm very happy to call myself a member of Enigma with the best aces Dogfight has to offer.

Once you get enough members, things begin to get easier as you spread out the power. Now I have recruiters recruiting for me (when in the very beginning it was just myself and website!), Calvin reviewing them, my Co-Administrators giving me constant feedback and ideas, etc. Everything is REALLY flowing together now. And I'm so happy I started the whole thing extremely documented and organized because it has made things MUCH easier.

So there you have it.

I hope to see you on the forum and game more.

No kidding. It took me and Octavia HOURS to design our website.

At the moment, I think I should be glad I don't have any members that I have to regulate.
