Started a squad a few months ago, My rank is currently 25 and would like to team up with squad mates of all ranks. Some of these newer pilots are very good and can compete well, even with much lesser planes. My question is, can anything be done to “tag” or select a squadmate, (or 2) regardless of rank, and enter a room together? I think this would be fun, promote teamwork and friendship, and be good overall for the game. Seems difficult to get into a game with squadmates of lower ranks. - Thank You. 

Right now nope. I used to do this automatically but at the moment there is not enough people playing at the same time to do this.
I was thinking of creating a new screen where you have to complete missions as a squadron, but again, unless you tell each other, the chances of 3 or 4 people of the same squad at the same time is small right now.
