So on the squadron thing is the squadron leader or founder of the squadron going to be Abel to promote demote or remove members of the squadron like remove people for doing stuff thats just mean evil disturbing and stuff like that basically giving the squadron a bad name and on the promoting and demoting promote some one for doing good for the squadron like help lead it when the leader us not ther and demoting some one who is not doing ther job no more or giving squadron bad name.
