I replied on other post but since most are reading this one...
Filleskia is not a real person, so it won't ever stop. It's a spam bot.
Jerks keep writing them to go around the internet and spam all the sites. Administrators then add a system to block them and the jerks keep modifying the bots to jump the blocks. It's been like that since the beginning of the internet.

I've blocked and removed all Filleskia's posts but sooner or later another spam bot will jump in. I just have to check and block from time to time.

Oh... the internet
