I was just chatting with above two players and come to know that they both get banned six months back and as such they can’t get back to game.

Your game is loved by all and it’s great effort from your end to keep it updated and making it more interesting.

May I request you to permit them to play again with their old accounts as six months period is more than enough for keeping loyal players away from this beautiful game. I request other players too to get them back into game with their old accounts.

The forum I cannot mass unban the same way I did with the game. Especially because here there are hundreds of thousands of spam accounts the forum system automatically locks out. So I'm not going to spend weeks going through the forum database to find everyone, it would be insane. If unlocked in game, it should unlock here hopefully.
