I just downloaded Dogfight Elite again.

Anyone know why my screen is mostly black. The images of everything is black or a shadow.

It seems to happen whenever you turn on detailed water and shadows at the same time ( which happens by default ).

To fix it - go to settings > graphics > uncheck the “detailed water” and “show shadows” option, the hit “save”. I recommend not changing these, but if you have a high end machine you could turn on shadows. Detailed water doesn’t really look nice with the current ground textures

And no, I’m not using the Airco because I’m a noob, but I was in practice mode, and having some troubles with my account

That's a good reminder! I have had a few odd color changes too with sky and water where all goes blue. I'll give this and try and see if it fixes it.

The “screen going blue” thing is different. If the camera goes underwater it will look like it’s still underwater. To fix it simply hit the water and hope the camera goes with the plane too. I think that fixes it...
