What does everyone think of this so far...




What I am looking for is this what people would like to have but of course customized by to your squad and probably either white or black.

There is a squad logo on the right sleeve and a rank medal on the right.

I stumbled across a site with alot of Dogfight t-shirts from ECHOBOOM. There are a lot of cool Tees on this site, none of which you can buy, but they are there It looks like it went up in June 2014.

I don't really think its the same idea since these will have your call sign and ranking. Also when I talked to him and he didn't make mention and I think having different graphic options is perfect..all this thread is for is so all can get an idea of what it will look like and every squad or person can have a unique shirt if they so wish.

I imagine it will be that a large group will get one shirt style that is liked by most and the rest will get some version of a custom design. As for ppl in India like Blue Fighter and whatnot it really depends on how many people are interested and maybe we can find someone who can look after the printing there or maybe they will simply get the design as a graphic file and they can find their own company who will make it for them.

Maybe I am being too touchy but I sense a tone Buck and if you feel like bringing negativity it will not be tolerated and simply deleted. If other artists want to help or design the shirts for their squadmates or players I don't see this as an issue either. The whole point is so we can all have a cool DF shirt to wear and with name and rank and squad logo and all I can't wait.

Great idea. Nice design. It'll be a little pricey to print one-offs, but I think this idea is more for the DF fans who would have bought one of Z's t-shirts for the price of two sweatshirts just to have a souvenir.

If Z had this figured out, he'd be selling shirts. Maybe he didn't envision enough orders to justify the effort and investment. Personally, I see it as a good way to monetize his app's brand, but it's easy to say that when it's not my own bucks.

Anyway Whip, count on an order for one large, in black.

Oh, as for format and customization, you might want to consider us squadless types. Maybe on mine, use The Jolly Roger where a squad name goes.

I like the idea. Don't know is it's possable in Malta. If someone designed the shirt for me I would find a company from Malta to print it for me.
I imagine the shirt to have my banner (Tks Whip), on the sleeve the squadrons logo and on the chest to the right "alpha bravo, dog fight pilot. "·

I just had a look at this link and the shirts are available to buy, along with tablet and ipad skins, hoodies, throw pillows, mugs and travel mugs. I might just have to treat myself to something after Christmas!

yeah the page for the t-shirts have been on the making for a long time, to include your pilot names and squads. But I had to give priority to other things. Hopefully we can activate the page soon (this week).

There aren't many companies out there that like producing one-off personalised merchandise. I suggest you PM Whip and see what a brainstorm session can produce!

I did find this place and I am asking them if we can use the number as world rank and move it to the front and then it would just be a squad or independant T shirt and the custom name would be on the chest pocket area

I have found a supplier and we are able to have custom shirts! I don't know the exact cost yet so here is what I need:

Do you want a shirt? If yes do you want a squad shirt or generic.


The prototype has 3 parts of custom text and photos and cost approx $5 extra per part. That makes the cost about $20 - 30 I would imagine for a good shirt. The custom elements are:

-Name on chest
-Rank
-Rank Medal
