You wont get your money back. Its simply because the developer (zuperman) doesnt have enough money to buy new servers. Write a good reveiw in the appstore/market to give him some.

In my experience playing the game it does not happen too often - usually at some busy times where a lot of users decide to use it. Usually also corresponds to heavy internet use too.

Stay with it, a little patience maybe, just retry a few minutes later. It is frustrating when it does, but worth the wait.

I have come to love the game - a real challenge, particularly so because you are 'flying' with others from around the world. Addictive too.

Its when all the servers are occupied, usually on weekends. Just try again later.

It is very bothersome, but the game is too much fun to get mad over a little thing like this.

Server unable to connect. Tried for about 10 mins....still nothing..rebooted phone same...so I try again in about 20 mins

U sure? I just tested it. Check airplane mode.

Its just sits to long before I get timed out....I'm about to try again

Yes! I feel same way about this game. My wife is beginning to worry about me because I sometimes spend so much time doing this. Eonderful game so I don't mind bearing with it during the few times when servers are temporarily full.

Could we do an ace fundraising drive every so often? Where we are reminded every so often to buy some extra ace points? For the cause!
