I went to the app store did not see the one rime 5 dollar selection. Were do I go for that. So far I have spent 4 dollars but duying points, but I have enough points to buy certain planes but I'm locked out. I never did see a choice for the 5 dollars.

Game main menu, it should have an upgrade option,

On the homescreen of Dogfight, there's a yellow button that says "Upgrade". Press it, and select "Lifetime Membership". It costs five bucks, and you can buy the better planes.

Promotions are measured in points. I won't go into the intricacies of the point system, but, yeah, it's basically from killing people. You can watch your points at the top of the screen, above the chat bar.
