I have reloaded and reset everything including email. Any idea how it works and how I may correct it. I can receive if I send first. Thanks. Paul

It wont show up because you have a comma in your name. The system lets you send multiple private messages so long as you separate each username by a comma. So the system is reading your name as two separate usernames:

Paul Mantz

and

Jr

The only way to fix this is to start a new account. This time, make sure you don't have any commas in your name.
