Reaper is actually "thedeathofyou1". He's also the player going by a VERY vulgar name. In game he did nothing but team kill and swear (until I muted him) out of spite of his banishment. And here's why he was banned:

I told him twice not to send in a false report and that I had already had reports of him cursing in game. He disregarded what I send and broke the last straw. Since the Reaper account incidents -- I made his ban permanent (it was only temporary before).

Oh, okay.

I didn't realize he was going by a vulgar name and teamkilling, I thought his only offense was reporting you.
