So after this new update for the horse, it’s been causing a lot of trouble. More specifically, connection problems. Whenever someone hops onto it, players lose connection then start complaining. Doesn’t happen with other tanks. What‘s the issue? Because I don’t understand how it’s linked to connection issues.

Sikorsky, I am not able to understand your one line "whenever someone hops onto it". Well after the update there is not any "connection lost" problem occurred with me due to the horse and it works nice.
But in PC, a huge problem came in horse due to grenade:-
1. We cannot throw the grenade; as there is not a proper key to press and bomb
2. Though we have to move curser ; and if we move curser we lose our target point.
If you know any solution then please post it here!

Yes , i noticed when players are using the horse, my screen froze and i get disconnected of the server many times in a short time. I Play on pc steam version and android .

Ive had the same issue, when someone is on the ground,
My pc freezes, and kicks me right out of the game

When someone uses horse not only one, all the players in the game lose their connection. Sometimes players do it for their fun or sometimes by mistake. I am requesting the players to not to do again, try using tank instead of horse.

Even happens on IOS, but the screen doesn’t freeze and I loose connection as soon as I look at the horse or after some time.

Ive just lost connection four times in four games, its not really worth playing this game unless it works

This was fixed on the latest update. Please make sure you always have the latest update.

Could it be that if only one player does not have the update and someone gets the horse then everyone loses connection? I just lost connection yesterday and the day before in a game. I am on steam and my game should be updated by now.

I don’t know about that. Only way to find out is to do more testing.
