Thanks Hero Sir, this should help recruits a lot.

Also, I just wish to add: Recruits with a rank of Major General + will not have to be evaluated for the five days. As soon as an Officer is confident in the character of the recruit they will be affective immediately accepted into the 111th.

Yep, that's right tBiggs,if ur a Major General are above there is no evaluation but instead gets immediate Membership Approval!
