Hello Ace Girl !
I am very happy to see you again in the forum.
Thanks for the story of this former player. that deserves a dedicated page in the forum. LOL. I sometimes question old players but they don't always answer. These are old quarrels I guess. Have fun !!!
I realize that you are loyal to your squadron and I think that you are a high class recruiter. It would be difficult for me to leave you. I think I will follow you everywhere.
See you soon in the game

Wahou ! The 2 white dots on the head are devilish ...
Do you know that this insect only flies one summer?
Before that, the larva will have lived 2 years under a rock in the river.
Freedom has a price, it seems ...
, Looks like hurricane season is back and since its 2020 I’m thinking it will be wet and wild!
Alex, EZ and everyone over there @ TEX State stay safe.

. Members and followers of the Caribbean Astronomy Society (SAC) share their photos obtained from the island of Puerto Rico.
The SAC indicated that the comet was visible and even photographed from the island for several days just before dawn, and explained that according to the perspective of our area, the comet was in recent days in a transition to the night sky.
Many of these kites are seen once in our lives, and in the case of NEOWISE, after this approach this month, the next time it will approach Earth will be close to 8,786 ", he said by his part Juan González Alicea, president of the organization.
The NEOWISE comet has a core of approximately 3 miles (5 km) in diameter, and managed to withstand its approach to the Sun, which happened last July 3 It is anticipated that July 23 will be passing at a totally safe distance of 64 million miles (103 million km) from our planet.
.
The Comet C / 2020 F3 (NEOWISE) was discovered on March 27, 2020 from about 326 miles (525 km) above the Earth's surface by the Near Earth Object Wide-field Infrared Survey Explorer (NEOWISE), a space telescope launched by NASA in 2009.

Comet NEOWISE had its closest approach to Earth on the nights of July 22 and 23 but you can still see it Alex.
Visible in binoculars or capturing a photo of several seconds of exposure. It will continue to be visible:
Until the end of July in binoculars
During August in small telescopes
In September at large telescopes.
Location of the comet these nights and what time to capture it: www.sociedadastronomia.com/C2020F3.html
Will try to see it this sunday night they say best time here is 7:40pm up to 9pm.

. Awesome picture of the comet Neowise Alex! So happy you got to see it and were able to photograph it. I saw it this past Sunday but did not take any pictures. Sir Gannet I found this article or information about how to see it on your side of the world; so, take notes:
.
Neowise hasn’t yet been observable from New Zealand, but that changes this week, when it might be visible low in the northwestern sky after sunset. I say ‘‘might’’, because the comet is fading. It passed closest to Earth on July 22 when it was just over 100,000,000km away. From now on, its distance increases daily. While the comet may still be visible to the naked eye, it’s more likely that you will need a pair of binoculars.
As our chart shows, each night the comet climbs a little higher in the sky. To see it, you will need to find a spot well away from light pollution. An unobstructed horizon view is essential for any chance of success.
.
.
Comet Neowise was discovered by, and gets its name from, a team using a re-purposed space telescope, the Wide-Field Infrared Survey Explorer (Wise), for hunting for near-Earth objects (Neos). The comet was discovered on March 27 this year. It is thought it last passed through the inner solar system about 4500 years ago.
.
Getting that comet wasn't easy Jessica I had do some math in order get the comet. In Astrophotography there is a rule you have to fellow to the correct
exposure it's called the 500 rule which say you take 500 and divide it by you focal lenght of you lens for example I have 24-105mm lens
so I take 500 divide it by 24 which gives me an exposure around 20 seconds
and also wide angle lens are best for doing astrophotography

. Well looks like the next level of the 2020 its hurricanes and storms! Yesterday the island got brush buy tropical Storm Isaias or #91 as it was call most of the time in the news. We got strong winds and A LOT OF RAIN.
. “So far this year for notable named storms.
BERTHA: May 27... 3rd earliest B storm
CRISTOBAL: June 2... earliest C storm
DOLLY: June 23... 2nd earliest D storm
EDOUARD: July 6... earliest E storm
FAY: July 9... earliest F storm
GONZALO: July 22... earliest G storm
HANNA: July 23... earliest H storm
Now we have tropical storm Isaias which is the earliest I storm named just before midnight last night. The previous record was August 20, 2005. To beat the record by 3 weeks is pretty incredible.
2005 had 28 named storms.
This is the 9th named storm of the season and on average that does not usually happen until October.” (CBSNews)
. Looks like this hurricane season will be just like the year 2020; MUY LOCO! Try to get ready and be safe over there in the other islands and Florida; I think we were not able to slow Isaias for you guys.
