When Strachan, SheiBe, Dent and several others said they were in I started getting the basics organized, simple as that. I have no idea who's in what squadron, it's entirely up to them to resign, join, fly independent, whatever they choose. So far the age range seems to be shaping up as "anyone legal to vote, drive and drink" but we may get more specific about that. Primarily it serves as a way to band together with people of your own general frame of reference and experience, know what I mean? There's no substance to the other squadrons here, just names and logo banners. With this "old people" squad, as you call it, there'll be a stronger sense of bonding with fellow members cuz none of us are 12, 15, 17 years old. Most of us have kids that age, some have grandkids! And some, if it's cool with the group, will be in their twenties.
When you say I have half of your pilots what do you mean? I seriously don't know, I just made a list of the guys who've said, "Count me in." or something to that effect. Nobody is "starting" this, we just all had the same basic thought at about the same time.
Don't drink and drive.
lol, I meant that a lot of the guys on that list were Enigmas, and fairly high ranking ones at that. If they want to leave, that's their choice, of course.
