The United Nations Treaty on Outer Space states that nobody, nation or individual, may claim land on any celestial body or in space, including on the moon. It says that space and its contents are for everyone's shared use, and anyone from any nation may enter a base of another nation.

To all my featherless flying friends: Looks like I will be grounded for a while since I have been knocked out of the sky by the windows 10 upgrade. Although never a great conversationalist, I have enjoyed seeing all the banter in game, on this forum and over Whatsapp.
Hope to see and hear from you in the future.
