The keyboard comes up but letters don't go to the box. I downloaded the app. I got the prepaid app and uninstalled it again. I also tried the free app and same thing. I did notice it never had the upgrade banner could that be my problem. And I hope I posted this in the right place.... I guess my other post wasn't

Hmmm.... Thats happened on the ipad for me before. Try typing and then sending it, it generally works. If that doesnt, go thru the motions. Restart the tablet, check, if it doesnt work, delete and reinstall, check, if it doesnt work, threaten the tablet. Tell it you'll sell it to canadian slave traders if it wont work.

So got I the type smart keyboard & found that I like it much better and I can use my voice. It also solved my problem with in flight chat. Maybe that would work for you, I hope so.
